2. We are a commercial loan broker, not a lender. We do not make loans, make credit decisions, or hold client funds.
3. Compensation: for equipment finance and factoring, the lender pays a referral or placement fee when the financing closes. If a lender does not, we may charge a success fee after closing, disclosed to you in writing in advance. We are not paid by both the borrower and the lender on the same loan. We do not charge upfront or advance fees.
4. No guarantee: approval, amount, rate, and terms are determined solely by the lender.
5. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration or any government agency.
6. Commercial purposes only. We do not arrange consumer or residential mortgage loans.
7. We do not arrange loans secured by real estate.
8. We currently arrange financing only for businesses located in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
9. Lenders may consider immigration status as part of underwriting. We do not discriminate on the basis of national origin or any other protected characteristic.
